  1. Mojo Beauty provides refunds in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law). Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind situation.

You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:

  • Faulty; which has to be proved from certificated entitle,
  • Substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Unsafe or creates an unsafe situation; 

02. Service Packages

The service packages have a service period of up to 12 months. It is your obligation to redeem your service within the service period. For pre-paid service packages, Mojo Beauty will not provide a refund for the following situation:

  • The product is sold at a clearance price.
  • The services provided are at a packaged discounted price.
  • The services package has associated with other free services as a bonus of a sales event.
  • For any service package that has elapsed the valid service period.

The service package can be used as store credit to use our other services. The store credit balance is subject to your full amount of cash paid, deducting the listed full price of the treatments has been consumed, and the original price of any bonus products, and bonus services you have consumed in the packages. A standard accounting and management fee of $200 will apply, this fee is deductible from store credit.

03. Booking and rescheduling appointments

The booking fee can be used as credit to contribute to the total service price. Mojo Beauty will not issue a refund if you did not show up, change of mind, and/or fail to contact us 12 hours prior to your service time start for rescheduling or cancellation.

04. Membership

All services provided in Mojo Beauty are subject to the beautician’s availability. We will attempt to help and provide services to our members as first priority. But refunds will not be considered just because you are not able to make an appointment with your desired beautician.

Please consider your own health situation before you make the purchase with us. We do not recommend women with pregnancy, and breastfeeding moms consume services and products without health professionals’ directions.

In case of irreconcilable refund demand, refund settlement includes but is not limited to:

  • Refund price subject to your full amount of cash paid, deduct the listed full price of the treatments has been consumed, and the original price of any bonus products, and bonus services you have consumed in the packages. 
  • A standard accounting and management fee of $200 will apply.

05. Vouchers purchased from third-party sales event (Groupon)

Please contact Groupon for the refund or cancellation. We do not hold your money.
